How ClaimLasso works
ClaimLasso reads what you allow, explains what it finds, and writes the request. You keep the final word on everything that leaves your account.
1. Connect safely
Choose which sources ClaimLasso may read: order emails, uploaded receipts, or card activity. Access is read-only and scoped — ClaimLasso can never move money, make a purchase, or send mail as you.
- You pick each source separately
- Revoke access instantly from Connections
- Demo mode uses fictional data only
2. ClaimLasso finds opportunities
Purchases are matched against published merchant policies: delivery guarantees, price-adjustment windows, return periods, warranty coverage, and duplicate or recurring charge patterns.
- Each finding shows a confidence level
- Deadlines are tracked so windows don't lapse
- Weak findings are closed instead of sent
3. Review the evidence
Every opportunity opens with a plain-English explanation, an evidence checklist, and a summary of the policy that supports it — with a link back to the purchase it came from.
- See exactly why a claim is possible
- Add or remove evidence items
- Nothing is hidden behind jargon
4. Approve and recover
ClaimLasso drafts a polite, specific message to the right recipient. You edit it freely, tick the approval checkbox, and only then does it send. Status updates land back in your case list.
- Editable message and recipient
- Explicit approval required each time
- Track Found → Won in one place
ClaimLasso helps you ask; merchants decide. Some claims are declined, and results vary by merchant and policy. ClaimLasso is not a law firm and does not provide legal or financial advice.

What real connections will add.
The MVP is deliberately mock-only. The same screens are structured to accept live email parsing, receipt OCR, transaction feeds and claim delivery once those integrations are enabled.
