Privacy notice

ClaimLasso analyzes purchase records you explicitly connect in order to identify money you may be entitled to recover. Access is read-only, purpose-limited and revocable at any time.

This build is a demonstration MVP. It uses fictional data only, connects to no real email, bank or payment provider, and sends no messages.

In this demo nothing below happens: no sources are connected and no personal data leaves your browser. The sections below describe the intended live product.

Account basics: your name, email address and language preference.

Purchase evidence from sources you connect: merchant name, order reference, dates, amounts, delivery and shipping details, and the specific message or receipt a finding is based on.

Product usage: which findings you open, edit, approve or dismiss, so we can improve accuracy.

We do not read messages unrelated to purchases, and we do not store full mailbox copies.

We do not collect payment credentials, card numbers or banking logins, and we have no ability to move money.

To detect recoverable amounts, summarize the relevant merchant policy, assemble evidence, and prepare a claim message for your approval.

To notify you about deadlines and case updates you have opted into.

Evidence attached to an open claim is kept while the claim is active and for a short period afterwards so you can reference the outcome.

Dismissed or closed findings are removed on a rolling basis. You can request immediate deletion in Settings.

Connect or disconnect each source independently at any time.

Review, edit or refuse every claim message before it is sent.

Request export or deletion of your data from Settings → Privacy.

When you approve a claim, the message and the evidence you approved are shared with that merchant only.

We use service providers for hosting and email delivery under contract. We do not sell personal data.

The live product is intended to encrypt data in transit and at rest, with read-only scopes and separately managed keys.

This demonstration build implements none of that infrastructure: it connects no real sources and stores no sensitive financial or email data. Everything shown is fictional and kept only in your own browser until you delete it.
