ClaimLasso is a software assistant that reviews purchase records you connect and helps you prepare requests to merchants for money you may be entitled to recover.

ClaimLasso is not a law firm, debt collector, financial adviser or insurer. Nothing in the product is legal or financial advice.

This version is a demonstration MVP using fictional data. No real accounts are connected, no claims are sent, and no fees are charged.

ClaimLasso prepares drafts. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and approving each message before it is sent. You may edit or decline any draft.

By approving a claim you confirm the facts in it are true to the best of your knowledge.

Merchants decide whether to grant a refund, credit, replacement or other remedy. ClaimLasso does not guarantee any amount, timeline or result, and estimates shown in the product are not promises.

Scanning and drafting are free. During early access we intend to charge a success fee on money actually recovered through claims you approved. Exact pricing is indicative until confirmed in writing, and no fee is charged in this demonstration.

You agree not to use ClaimLasso to submit false, duplicated or abusive claims, or to seek amounts you are not genuinely entitled to.

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
